Anna shall be declared the right to her own body. Though only the mere age of 13 she shows responsibility and intelligence. It is devastating Kate Fitzgerald, the prosecutors sister, has Promeolocytic Leukemia but that does not mean that she shall be used as a vending machine for her sister for the rest of her life. Anna is a human being with human natural rights and she should not have to give up parts of her body unless volunteering to. This case was a hard rule do to the circumstance. Sara, Anna's mother, is not helpful to have in the same house due to her past of being a persuasive lawyer I do not wish for them to be in the same housing unit. Campbell is a strong lawyer so I expected them to go head to head but not the restraining order.

Holocaust HeartBreak

The holocaust was one of those moments in history that truly don't make a lot of common sense. How can one person hate a group of people so much that he wants to rid them from the world? Not one person but a whole ethnic group. He didn't know them individually he just hated them as a whole because they connected to his past and his abusive childhood. he probably was a jew himself! The story of torture and slavery and burning bodies curdles my blood and dampens my eyes. And how could the German people that lived by camps just turn their heads and ignore. They had to smell the gasturdly smell of burning bodies so why didn't they help save them? They were fearful of what would be thought of them or getting in trouble? A whole ethnicity group was being slaughtered like animals! The holocaust upsets me greatly. Someone of our kind of our species could wipe out people by the masses in a torturous way without a second thought.

What we do for others...

Now I couldn't think of it last night but sleeping on it helped me. It was not an action I watched taking a time or place but an action in my past I learned of through a simple look at my parents wedding album. I was sitting in my living room looking through my dad and stepmom's wedding album and this came up, not sure how but it did. I learned that day that they almost didn't get married...and it was because of me. It sounds negative but it's really not. In order to get married to my father my step-mom lainey had to leave her family in New Jersey because she would be going to Ohio with my dad to live with me. That shows some love towards me that she was willing to move away from her family to be with my dad and I and that my dad was willing to possible not marry a woman he loved.

To be a child again with the characters of To Kill a MockingBird

I don't have many childhood stories of my neighborhood considering I kept mostly to myself, still do. I enjoy being around people but don't enjoy the initial meeting. But Jean Finch,Scout, from To Kill a Mockingbird I feel we'd be good friends. We're both adventurous but at the same time wary of what could happen. Love to read and a bit of a tomboy at heart. Jem seems as if he would be a bit of a buster and we'd prolly but heads because I like to be in control too but I would've play with him too. Dill would be no problem either. And if they wouldn't want us to play with them we could play war or pull pranks on one another. It would be a fun positive experience pulling myself out of my individual corner.

The manual that never came

In life there is no instruction manual, though sometimes our parents probably wish for one and there are times we do as well. I think it'd be impossible for one because we all are different in our own way. But there are guidlines we can follow.
Ms.Mary Olives wrote:
"Instructions for living a life. Pay attention. Be astonished. Tell about it."
There's also the quote 'Dance like no one's watching. Love like you've never been hurt. Sing like no one's listening. and Live like heaven is on earth."
I agree with hers and like both of them but have my own variation i go by.
Instructions for life; mine:
Pay attention to the world around you, catching every detail. You never know what you can find.
Take in your moments and memories and cherish them.
Your past is over don't regret but learn from it.
Find enjoyment in what you do if not, finish and find what does.
No one is normal and if they are you don't want to be. Be yourself unique as that may be. And except others for their differences as well.
Learn something new everyday.

Art and Music = Better Education

If I could add a amendment to the constitution I would make art and music apart of curriculum. Not just music classes but incorporated in core classes for projects and every day learning. At different grades there'd be different types at different levels. Mainly I would want this for elementary, middle school too. It has been proven art and music helps children better understand, especially if they are more right brained than left. This oppurtunity could possibly get kids who are struggling to better understand. My mother being a special needs teacher has showed me sometimes you just have to try things at a different angle and this could be another angle to try. On top of that it teaches children culture. Trips to art museums would be a healthy idea. Art and music although enjoyable teach us diversity and style. Our world is diverse and to handle other countries in their future will require the tolerance, hopefully acceptance and enjoyment, of other cultures.

"There is a great deal of difference in believing something still, and believing it again."
-W.H. Auden

I wish I could believe that magic stayed alive as we grow older. Every year we wish while blowing out candles on birthday cakes for something. At a young age of 4 it was probably to be a princess, then at 10 to be a rockstar, now it's to be able to get a good paying job after going through years of college. The magic in growing up with dreams is gone. When your younger all you want is to get out of the house and be your own person but there's so much more than that, it's a lot of work. I believe that as we get older life can still be an adventure and a good time I just wish it didn't feel so impossible at this age when I look to my future.
